Exercises in water for weight loss

Summer while swimming in a river, lake, sea, you can combine business with pleasure and do exercises in the water for weight loss and weight loss.
1. Standing waist-deep in water for 10 - 15 seconds, the running in place, raising your knees. Repeat 4 - 6 of these "races" with an interval of half a minute.

6. Starting position as above, only the legs perform a circular motion. Repeat 10 - 15 times.
